TRUST CENTER

Trust should be visible, not assumed.

A plain-language overview of how CheckThenSend handles files, redaction verification, encryption and access controls.

01

Temporary processing

Files are processed for the scan and are subject to automatic expiry. Workspace retention can be configured within supported limits.

02

Verified safe copies

For supported redaction flows, CheckThenSend verifies selected sensitive values are no longer extractable before marking a copy as verified.

03

Encryption

Configured deployments can encrypt stored temporary files using AES-256-GCM before they remain on disk.

04

Access controls

Authenticated ownership, workspace roles, approvals, session controls and audit events help limit access to sensitive documents.

05

Human review

Detection is assistance, not certainty. Findings include confidence and context so users can make the final sharing decision.

06

Fail closed

If a safe-copy verification does not pass, the default trust mode can block the download rather than label an uncertain copy as safe.

VERIFICATION

What “verified” means.

Verified means the relevant CheckThenSend verification checks passed for that generated safe copy. It does not mean the document contains zero risk, is legally compliant, or is appropriate for every recipient.
